The games room is so cool at this villa! It has custom painted Goofy sports pictures on the wall which the kids will love! There is a slate pool table, Air hockey, TV/dvd and a card table in this room
There is a dining area with seating for 6 guests as well as further seating and tables throughout the villa and pool deck area
The Queen size bedroom has a ceiling fan, built in closet, chest of drawers, tables, lamps, a 32 inch flat screen TV/DVD player
There is a desk in the villa with a printer/copier/fax machine for your use as well as free wireless broadband internet connection, so bring along your laptop and keep in touch!
The splendid master bedroom is fit for a king and queen! It consists of a king size bed, tables, lamps, ceiling fan, alarm clock , walk in closet, phone, dresser, 32 inch LCD TV/DVD player, the private en suite bathroom has a large tub bath, large walk in shower, sink and toilet.
There are 3 further King size bedrooms all with 32 inch LCD TV/DVD players so no arguments, every bedroom has one! All bedrooms also have lamps tables, ceiling fans, clock, ample hanging and drawer storage space
All bathrooms (a total of 4) have baths, sinks, showers and toilets so this should help out with the morning rush hour before visiting the areas many attractions!

The pool deck area does not have any overlooking homes at the rear of the property, There is plenty of comfortable seating, sun loungers and table on the deck. This area is full screened in to help keep out any bugs and the pool has an optional safety fence to protect from children accidentally falling in. All of the villas exit doors to the pool area have alarms to alert you if someone opens a poolside door.
The lanai area has a fan to help cool you down of the going gets too hot for you!

There is a clubhouse, gym, pool, spa, lake, sun bathing decks, cyber café, putting green, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, games room, games arcade etc etc, this is a great place to send the kids and give yourself some quality time and peace and quiet!

Prices do not include 12% Florida tax. $300.00 deposit to book, balance due 60 days prior to arrival. Add $25 per night for pool/spa heat. Cleaning fee waived for stays of 7 nights or more!
