If you are planning to come to Florida for your vacation then why not enjoy the luxury and freedom of our six-bedroom, three bathroom family villa. It is situated in a lovely location on the very peaceful sub-division of Crescent Lakes, Kissimmee.
All of the rooms are fully air-conditioned for those hot summer days, or centrally heated for those cool winter evenings.
After spending a day at one of the theme parks or out shopping at one of the several Malls or Premium Outlets in the area, it is refreshing to come back and spend the evening in the large south-facing swimming pool or sunbathe on the luxury pool furniture on the pool deck which backs on to a conservation area. In the morning, it is not unusual to see deer at the bottom of our garden.

This large family home has a King master suite, Queen bedroom, 2 full (double) bedrooms and 2 further bedroom with two twin (single) beds in each. There is also a double sleeper sofa for additional guest so the villa ca sleep up to 14 guests in total. There is also a full size baby crib, a pack n play crib, high chair and stroller for the use of families with little ones.

Villa is fully equipped with all crockery, linen, etc. that you will need whilst at the villa. Kitchen has fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, juicer, electric can opener. In fact, everything that you will need to make your stay in our villa very comfortable. There is also a large washer and dryer in the utility room.
You can bring along your laptop as we have wireless internet (at NO EXTRA CHARGE)
Only 15 minutes to Disney and less than half an hour to Universal Studios, Wet n' Wild and Sea World.
Very close to Highway 192, shops, factory outlets, and restaurants.
Many golf courses within a short driving range!
